Perfume News: Two New Montale Fragrances

Montale has released two new fragrances. Blue Amber includes notes of Italian bergamot, bourbon geranium, coriander, patchouli, vetiver and base of amber and vanilla. Chypré Vanillé is a blend of vanilla, rock rose, amber, incense over a woody combination of sandalwood, vetiver and tonka bean. They are available directly from the Montale Boutique.   • Tara Cazaubon: I bought the Chypre Vanille – I really loved it. Vanilla tempered with oak moss. I’m not a big chypre fan but the combination was just perfect. The Blue Amber was a dry, masculine amber to me. February 6, 2006 at 9:32pm Reply

    They didn’t know at the time if they should sell it or not.
