Jean-Louis Scherrer Perfume Giveaway

We have another generous giveaway made possible by Bois de Jasmin’s reader Rainboweyes. She would like to give away an almost full bottle of Jean-Louis Scherrer EDP, 50ml. It’s fresh, sprayed 1-2x. She can send her package anywhere in Europe (sanitized and well-wrapped, of course).

In Rainboweye’s own words, “I would like this giveaway to be art-themed. With all museums closed during lockdown, art books and documentaries are a great remedy that helps me to cope with the challenges of these difficult times. One of my favourites at the moment is ‘Portraits unmasked. The Stories and Secrets Behind the World’s most famous Portraits’ by Michele Robecchi and Francesca Bonazzoli. It tells the stories behind the portrayed individuals, reveals their identities and lives. A very comforting book.”

I would like to thank our entire Bois de Jasmin community for your generosity and kindness, whether it means giveaways like this, advice or comments.

We are not responsible for leaks or damage during transit or for lost packages.

To participate, please answer these questions. I will randomly draw one winner.

1. What is your favorite art-themed book? It can be an art book, artist’s biography, art history book, or even a movie or documentary.
3. May I contact you via email to notify you of your win and share your email with Rainboweyes?

The contest is open till next week. I will announce the winner here and contact them by email.

Jacomo Silences Perfume Giveaway to support a good cause

We have a generous giveaway made possible by Bois de Jasmin’s reader Rainboweyes. She would like to give away an almost full bottle of Jacomo Silences. It’s fresh, in good condition. She can send her package anywhere in Europe (sanitized and well-wrapped, of course).

In Rainboweye’s own words, “I would like to find a new home for Jacomo Silences; I think it should be perfect for this time of the year. The name of the perfume makes me think of the silence in our woods and our fields due to the dramatic decline in the insect and bird populations. So I had the spontaneous idea to ask for a small contribution to a nature conservation project instead.  Since the draw will be limited to European readers, I thought of Rewilding Europe – a nonprofit organization committed to restoring biodiversity in Europe by rewilding areas.”

I would like to thank our entire Bois de Jasmin community for your generosity and kindness, whether it means giveaways like this, advice or comments.

We are not responsible for leaks or damage during transit or for lost packages.

To participate, please answer these questions. I will randomly draw one winner.

1. What perfume are you wearing today and why did you decide to put it on?
2. If you are a winner, do you agree to make a donation of your choice to Rewilding Europe – a nonprofit organization committed to restoring biodiversity in Europe by rewilding areas?
3. May I contact you via email to notify you of your win and share your email with Rainboweyes?

Whether or not you’re participating in the giveaway, Rainboweyes would also love to hear about your experiences and ideas for creating a space for wildlife (insects and birds) in your garden.

The contest is now closed. The winner is Gentiana! Congratulations! I will contact you by email soon.

Mood-Enhancing Perfume with Chanel Misia Giveaway

I hope that everyone had a great weekend. We haven’t had giveaways for a while, but today I am back with a particularly generous one made possible by Bois de Jasmin’s reader D. D would like to give away an almost full bottle of Chanel Misia, 2.5oz. It’s fresh, in good condition, without the original box. D bought it during her violet phase, but she doesn’t enjoy Misia as much anymore and she would rather send it to someone who can appreciate it. Isn’t it so generous!  D can send her package anywhere in the USA (sanitized and well-wrapped, of course).

I would also like to take this opportunity to once again thank our entire Bois de Jasmin community for your generosity and kindness, whether it means giveaways like this, advice or comments that you share. You’re such an inspiration.

Niche Perfume Giveaway

On days like these nothing is more welcome than the kindness of other people. And here is one such example–Leslie, a Bois de Jasmin reader, wants to give away a part of her perfume collection.  Since there are quite a few bottles, there will be 6 winners. As she says, “I have not worn any of these for years. They just don’t work for me as my tastes have moved into different areas. They’ve been in the back of a drawer in my dresser, and really need to find homes where someone might appreciate them more than I have. It makes me happy to bring a little cheer to someone.” Leslie can send her package anywhere in the world, provided that customs restrictions don’t interfere. Of course, we are not responsible for customs duties, leaks or damage during transit or for lost packages.

Here’s what Leslie is offering:

Xerjoff 1861 Naxos 100 Ml EDP (nearly full)
Nobile 1942 La Danza Delle Libellule 75 ml EDP (2 bottles nearly full)
Noble 1942 La Danza Delle Libellule 75 ml Extrait (nearly full)
Hiram Green Slowdive 50 ml EDP (nearly full)
Hiram Green Dilettante 50 ml EDP (nearly full)
Maison Martin Margiela Tea Escape 100 ml EDP (nearly full)
