The smell of vetiver in the raw (the essential oil that is) is pungent enough to kill an elephant in twenty paces , and although I LOVE vetiver in perfumes (Timbuktu , Declaration , Chanel #19 , Bandit , Cristalle) the image of the grass submerged in water and with the addition of such powerhouses as ylang ylang and cardamom seems like a difficult feat. The Different company has made some great scents , so I am keeping an open mind , however…. March 21, 2006 at 8:07am
